- Platform Fee – your workspace, seats, support.
- Usage Credits – metered compute on your drawings or data.
Doc-Credits (Extraction)
- 1 credit = 1 CAD/PDF ≤ 5 pages
- 6–10 pages = 2 credits; every +5 pages uses 1 more

Assembly Auditor
- 1 credit per CAD or PDF processed in an assembly audit context
Assembly Auditor is a standalone application that operates on top of individual CAD file extractions from within nested folders inside a .zip file upload.
How it works:
- When a user uploads a .zip file containing nested folders, where the folder structure mirrors a Bill of Materials (BOM), the Assembly Auditor can be triggered.
- Assembly Auditor traverses the folder structure, processes each component’s CAD file, and performs an analysis that references both component and assembly-level data.
- Triggers: Can be called manually or automatically when a qualifying .zip is uploaded.
- Credit Use: Consumes 1 doc-credit per extracted CAD/PDF in the audit.
Playbook UI is SourceOptima’s dynamic interface for instant analytics, engineering, sourcing, and compliance insights. The interface is organized into actionable “Plays” — each a high-speed, pre-built analytics routine, accessible and operated through a modern, intuitive, browser-based user interface.
What is a “Play”?
A "Play" in the Playbook UI is a modular, expert-driven analytic or quality procedure that you can run on one drawing, an entire BOM, or any custom-selected data slice inside your workspace.
