Three ways
to start a conversation.

We respond to every email within one business day. The fastest path to value is sending us a folder of drawings — we'll process them and walk you through the structured extraction live.

Recommended

Live demo

30 minutes on the platform with one of your drawings. We process it live, then walk through the extraction, the taxonomy fit, and a sample mismatch report.

What to include for the fastest response

  • Company & role
helps us route you to the right pane of glass
  • What you have today
drawings format, PLM, ERP, supplier list — we work with what you have
  • One specific question
"can you classify this drawing for tariff?" beats "tell me about your platform"
  • An attachment, if you can
a sample drawing tells us more than a 30-minute call
Quick answers

Common questions.

Do we need to integrate with our PLM or ERP?

Not to start, no. Phases 1–4 deliver value entirely from drawing archives plus a purchase-history export — the data your team already exports every month. ERP and PLM integrations (SAP, Oracle, Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras, etc.) are the path to deeper value once the platform is producing — real-time spend reconciliation, automated revision deltas, ECO impact tracking — but they're additive, not prerequisite. Many customers run for a year on the lighter footprint before connecting deeper systems.

How big a category do we need to make this worthwhile?

Typical scope is $50M–$500M in machined-component spend across 5–20 global sites. Below $50M the savings still exist, but the cost of running the engagement starts to crowd them out.

What kinds of drawings can you read?

PDF (vector and scanned), native DWG/DXF, image-based exports. Mixed-language title blocks supported. We've processed real-world archives with decades of accumulated mess — that's what the platform is built for.

Our drawings are our most sensitive IP. Where do they go?

Wherever you want them to. The platform is a single self-contained deployable unit and runs in three configurations: on-premises inside your network (data plane, taxonomy, and queries fully behind your perimeter; the proprietary vision AI runs as a scoped, logged service call so you don't have to host model infrastructure yourself); your cloud tenant in AWS, Azure, or GCP (your KMS keys, your IAM, your audit logs); or SourceOptima cloud with per-customer isolation and optional dedicated single-tenant environments. Customers typically evaluate on our cloud and migrate to their own environment as the engagement scales — the platform behaves identically in all three.

How is data stored and secured?

AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, per-org isolation by design (no cross-customer data access path), SSO via SAML or OIDC, role-based access controls, and a full audit trail on every analysis. SOC II Type 2 audit is underway — attestation-in-progress letter from our counsel available on request. Underlying cloud infrastructure runs on an ISO 27001 certified platform partner. Full security questionnaire response and deployment architecture available to evaluators.

Can engineers use just the drawing checker, separately from sourcing?

Yes. The drawing checker is the entry point on purpose — it's useful immediately to engineering teams without involving procurement. Sourcing intelligence builds on top of the same structured data once it's there.
